The scripts I'm sharing on this site were written for my use, experimentation, and curiosity, and they all work fine for me when used accordingly. I'd nonetheless be interested in knowing any legitimate issues you encounter.
By "legitimate" I mean actual failures of the script to do what it is supposed to do when used as intended. Being written for my own purposes, most of them do not have much (if any) code to catch errors that might occur from improper use. Before sending a "bug" report, please read the script's description and make sure you understand what it is meant to do.
For example, most of the scripts act upon something that is selected. Although it would be good form to do so in a script actually intended for distribution, I have not gone to the trouble of including code to gracefully escape if you run the script when nothing is selected. In such an event, it's unlikely you'll break anything, but you will get a general (and often cryptic) error message.
Therefore, please refrain from mailing frivolous complaints. The scripts here are shared in a spirit of simple good will toward the Illustrator-user community; they are not pushed upon anyone, and are shared as-is, without any guarantee, warranty, or obligation. Please understand, this is a sidelline interest, I have no affiliation with Adobe, and I do have a day job.
If, on the other hand, you are convinced you are using the script as intended, but encounter an error, you can let me know. I may find time to look into it. (Again, no guarantees; no obligation.) I have tested all the scripts on the current version of Illustrator, but seldom test them on earlier versions. In most cases, that won't matter. But there have been subtle changes in the Javascript implementation between AI versions. Nor have I tested all the scripts on Macintosh, being now primarily a Windows user. Again, that shouldn't matter, but you never know.
